Vendor is solely responsible for its products and services, including quality, accuracy, pricing, fulfillment, warranties, and customer support.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"2195\">\n<p data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"2195\"><strong data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1893\">Intellectual Property License<\/strong><br data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1896\" \/>Vendor retains all right, title, and interest in its intellectual property. Vendor grants VOW a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use Vendor\u2019s name, logos, trademarks, product images, and marketing materials solely to operate, market, and promote the platform and Vendor\u2019s offerings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2626\">\n<p data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2626\"><strong data-start=\"2200\" data-end=\"2219\">Indemnification<\/strong><br \/>Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOW and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Vendor\u2019s products or services; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) violation of law; or (d) infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2628\" data-end=\"3045\">\n<p data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"3045\"><strong data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2658\">Limitation of Liability<\/strong><br data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2661\" \/>To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Vendor\u2019s participation on the platform. VOW\u2019s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to Vendor through the platform, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3198\">\n<p data-start=\"3050\" data-end=\"3198\"><strong data-start=\"3050\" data-end=\"3067\">Modifications<\/strong><br data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3070\" \/>VOW may modify these Terms at any time.
